If you are keeping current on the vast array of internet blogs, webinars and newsletters, you might be struck by how many old ideas are seemingly new again. I take this as reinforcement for much of what we have designed as integral parts of The Transformational Coaching Roadmap. It was published in 1998 and has been the foundation of our Coaching Skills workshops ever since.

We include core skills like: how managers give actionable performance feedback, how cultures become “feedback rich”, how to conduct team-based After Action Reviews, the essential elements for creating Employee Engagement, and how to build Trust with colleagues.

These are all vitally important, so much so that they are hardwired into the Collegial Coaching Roadmap. They are part of the robust Coaching Skills Workshop that people learn as participants. I hope you take a look at the 2015 version of our coaching model shown.
