The Results Cycle & Cultural Change

If you are keeping current on the vast array of internet blogs, webinars and newsletters, you might be struck by how many old ideas are seemingly new again. I take this as reinforcement for much of what we have designed as integral parts of The Transformational Coaching Roadmap. It was published in 1998 and has been the foundation of our Coaching Skills workshops ever since. We include core skills like:  how managers give actionable performance feedback, how cultures become “feedback rich”, how to conduct team-based After Action Reviews, the essential elements for creating Employee Engagement, and how to build Trust with colleagues.
